Caesar is the Chief Executive Officer of ICEA LION Insurance Holdings Limited, a financial services provider offering services in insurance, pensions, investments and trusts through its eight companies in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania.

Prior to joining the ICEA LION Group, Caesar served as the Managing Director at the Centre for Personal Leadership (CPL Africa). There, he provided advisory services to organisations that wanted to optimise their performance by enabling leadership practices and a high performance organisational culture.

He has also served as the Managing Director of Sasini PLC, a leading public agribusiness firm that grows, processes and markets tea, coffee, horticulture and dairy products. Preceding his appointment to Sasini PLC, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Sunny Money, a leading renewable energy social enterprise focused on the distribution of solar lighting systems in East and Southern Africa.

Before this role, he had also served as the Regional Director of the Global Village Energy Partnership, which seeks to strengthen renewable energy businesses in East Africa.

He has a PhD in Organisational Performance and Change Management from the University of Johannesburg. He also holds an MBA from the Wits Business School in Johannesburg and a BA in Economics from the University of Nairobi. Additionally, he is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and a Certified Executive Leadership Coach.

Caesar has served on the boards of various organisations, like the Kenya Climate Innovation Center, the Kenya Markets Trust and Strathmore University.
