Initiatives Of The Trust

Strathmore University

Strathmore University is a fully fledged university with a Vice Chancellor, three Deputy Vice Chancellors, the University Secretary, a number of senior management staff, the University Council, the Management Board, the Academic Council and various
committees.

Strathmore School

Strathmore School is a private, independent, boys’ day school located in Nairobi, Kenya. It began as an A-Level College in March 1961, being among the first multiracial schools in Kenya. The principal goal of the School is to develop the conscience and train the minds of its students so that they may usefully serve society.

Eastlands College of Technology

Eastlands College of Technology is a flagship social project of Strathmore Educational Trust. It is located off LungaLunga Road in Nairobi’s Eastlands area. The college provides technical training for informal sector entrepreneurs and artisans, and also fosters permanent linkages with the formal sector.

Mbagathi Study Centre

Mbagathi Study Centre provides college and university students with human, religious, social and professional formation. This formation takes place in a friendly atmosphere of mutual trust. To this end the centre organises numerous and varied of activities which are open to male university students of all creeds.
